Policies
Your session fee is due upon booking – this locks in your day and time. It is non-refundable.
However, sometimes the unavoidable happens and you have to reschedule. If possible, please give at least 24 hours notice of cancelation. No-Shows forfit their session fees.
No other cameras are permitted at the session. This includes cell-phone cameras and video recorders.
Your ordering session is your opportunity to view your proofs and place your order. Once you have ordered, your online gallery will become available for friends and family to view and place their orders. The gallery will expire after seven days at 9pm pst. There is a $25 rehosting fee for an additional 24 hours time.
Production on your order will not start until payment is received. Your payment is your authorization.
Due to the unique nature of each photo session, ALL sales are final.
All images are protected by copyright and may not be duplicated in whole or in part without the express written permission of Stefanie Carlson. This includes, but is not limited to, scanning and printing at home or at a photo lab, or using the images online or through email. Digital files are available for purchase and come with reproduction rights.
Stefanie Carlson retains the copyright and ownership of all images created during the portrait session and has the right to make reproductions of images for portfolio samples, display, self-promotion, and professional competition.
